In early 2020, we had the incredible opportunity to organise a high-impact Company Kick-Off and Team Building event in Dubai. What began as a challenging situation quickly turned into a rewarding success.
The client had been let down by a previous provider. With just eight weeks to go, they turned to us to deliver a week-long conference packed with engaging activities for their international workforce. At that point, they had no venue or confirmed location. Furthermore, there was no logistical framework in place. Without hesitation, we stepped in and took full ownership of the project.
From the outset, we focused on securing the right venue and coordinating travel logistics. In addition, we designed a programme that would energise and unite their global team. Through proactive planning and close collaboration, we transformed their vision into a fully realised experience.
Over the course of nine days, 125 delegates from 15 different countries came together in Dubai. They participated in a dynamic blend of Company Kick-Off sessions and immersive Team Building activities. Each element was carefully curated to foster connection, motivation, and alignment across the organisation.
By the end of the event, the client’s team left not only inspired but also equipped with a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie. What started as a last-minute rescue mission became a standout moment in their corporate calendar. It was also a proud achievement for us.

The four-day conference featured structured breakout sessions designed to spark collaboration and strategic thinking, seamlessly integrated into the overall experience.
To reinforce team spirit, we organised a dedicated team-building session followed by a lively Party Boat trip around The Palms. This combination of focused engagement and shared adventure was designed to strengthen connections and energise the international workforce.
