A Difficult Start
In early 2020, we had the chance to organise a major Company Kick-Off and team-building event in Dubai. What began as a difficult situation soon developed into a rewarding success.
Stepping In at Short Notice
The client had been let down by a previous provider. With only eight weeks left, they asked us to deliver a full week of conference sessions and activities for their international team. At that stage, they had no venue, no confirmed location, and no logistics in place.
Even so, we stepped in straight away and took full responsibility for the project.
Building the Event from the Ground Up
From the very beginning, we focused on securing the right venue and organising all travel arrangements. At the same time, we created a programme designed to energise and bring together their global workforce.
Through careful planning and close teamwork with the client, we turned their ideas into a complete, well‑structured event.

Across nine days, 125 delegates from 15 countries gathered in Dubai. They took part in a lively mix of Company Kick-Off sessions and hands‑on Team Building activities.
Each part of the schedule was thoughtfully designed to encourage connection, motivation, and a shared sense of purpose.

Between these meals, adrenaline took over with 4×4 dune bashing across the golden sands — a clear favourite for many attendees.

The evenings were just as lively. A live open mic and band night brought everyone together in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. Later, a rooftop cocktail party offered stunning views and a chance to unwind.
Meanwhile, the four‑day conference included structured breakout sessions designed to encourage collaboration, fresh thinking, and strategic discussion. These sessions were smoothly woven into the wider programme.
