The client had been let down by a previous provider. With just 8 weeks to go, no venue confirmed and no logistics in place for 125 international delegates, they called Soundcheck. We stepped in immediately and built the entire programme from scratch — travel, accommodation, venue, AV, every excursion and every meal.
Based at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek, the 9-day programme wrapped a four-day conference inside an unforgettable experience — and Soundcheck managed every moment of it.

20th Anniversary Drinks Reception
Jin Bo Law Sky Bar
A client celebrating their 20th anniversary wanted something special — a rooftop drinks reception with panoramic views of London. Soundcheck ran a full venue search across the City, shortlisted seven venues, carried out site visits and secured the Jin Bo Law Sky Bar at Hotel Saint.
The event was such a success that the client called back six months later and asked Soundcheck to do it all over again.
