We reply within the hour. Transparent quote, no obligation. All prices exclude VAT. A deposit of £195 + VAT or 5% of the invoiced amount, whichever is greater, secures your date.

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within the hour during working hours. You'll deal directly with Andrew, who will also be the engineer on the day of your event — so the person answering your questions is the person delivering the work.
What areas do you cover?
Soundcheck is based in West Sussex and regularly works across Surrey, London and beyond. Travel is included within West Sussex, with simple add-ons for events further afield — we'll always make any travel cost clear in your quote.
Do you take a deposit?
To secure your date we take a deposit of £195 + VAT or 5% of the invoiced amount, whichever is greater. The balance is due after the event.
Will Andrew be at my event?
Yes. With Soundcheck you work directly with Andrew from enquiry through to pack-down. No sales team, no account managers, no subcontracted technicians — just one experienced engineer responsible for your event.
What information do you need to give a quote?
The more you can tell us the better, but even a rough idea of the date, venue, guest numbers and what you're hoping to achieve is enough for us to come back with useful advice and an indicative price.
