How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to reply within the hour during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. For urgent enquiries during opening hours, call Andrew directly on 07593 659 323.
Is there a minimum booking value?
Conference AV starts from £950 + VAT per day. Exhibitions and events are quoted based on your specific requirements. There's no minimum for a conversation.
How do I secure my date?
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept BACS bank transfer and card payments.
Can you handle last-minute bookings?
Yes — call Andrew directly on 07593 659 323 and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Do you do site visits?
For larger productions, a pre-event site visit is included. For most events, a detailed phone or video consultation is sufficient to plan the perfect setup.
What areas do you cover?
West Sussex is our base, with standard rates. We cover East Sussex, Surrey, London and the rest of the UK with transparent travel add-ons. We've also delivered events in Dubai.
